Coronavirus School Update 3

Due to the lack of clarity from DENI regarding whether schools should be open or closed, and considering the health and well-being of our children, staff, parents and wider community, school will be closed to all children on Thursday and Friday.

Teachers and non-teaching staff will use this time prepare work for pupils as we wait on information from DENI with regards to when schools will officially close. To date, schools have not received sufficient guidance or advice regarding COVID-19 and its implications. Schools have merely been instructed to remain open.

A further text will be issued later regarding arrangement for parents to collect their children’s work.
